Service information

FlagMii EML is a software tool that allows a Call Center to get in touch with a person who requires support or assistance. The communication is started via a connection request message (SMS) sent by the Call Center and is managed by the Authority to which the involved Call Center belongs. All requests for information regarding the terms of service or the privacy policy can, therefore, be requested directly from the aforementioned Authority.

The service is offered to all users who request it by contacting the Call Center.

Communication management and processing of personal data

Once the connection request message (SMS) has been received, the user who needs support or assistance must follow the link contained in the message itself, which will lead to a screen through which all subsequent activities will be carried out. The information exchanged with the Call Center will be treated by the Body as the Data Controller.

The requested data are collected and processed according to the current legislation adhering to the European data protection standards (GDPR). For more information, see the information on the processing of personal data published on the corporate website.

Role of Regola S.r.l. in communication activities

The software tool and all the materials contained or transferred, including, but not limited to, application logic, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Regola Srl, which is involved in the communication between the user and the Operations Center only as technical manager of the service.
